I know it's a little late, but I was away with my family at my church's family camp. Anyway, Happy 50th Merdeka to Malaysia, to everyone!
If I've not mistaken, this should be a Hibiscus flower, in Malaysian known as 'Bunga Raya', our national flower. Took this at the Kajang Country Heights where the family camp was held at. Isn't exactly the perfect colors, but I tried! Hope you like it!

@Mandy: Thanks Mandy! This is where telephoto zooms come in handy, when you can't get out of the car or reach places not very close to you.

Agree with all of the above, make me feel like burning my pocket to add a macro lens which I don't have at the moment.

@David: Haha, if I used a macro lens to capture this shot, I would have had to get out of the car. But this is when telephoto lenses come in handy. Would love to get a macro lens soon though. They just make things so much sharper and detailed.
The framing, color and light are right on with this beautiful shot....excellant!!
